How Nasyam works
A physician or therapist administers drops of medicated oil into each nostril while you lie back with the head slightly tilted, followed by gentle head and facial massage to help the oil circulate. It's typically a short 20-30 minute session, often combined with Shirodhara for headache and migraine-focused programmes.
