Choosing the right condition page — frequently asked
How do I find the right Ayurvedic treatment for my specific condition?
Browse the condition pages above for an overview, then message us on WhatsApp with your specific symptoms, history and any diagnosis — we'll route you to a physician who specialises in your presentation.
Do I need a prior diagnosis before booking treatment?
It helps significantly, especially for back pain, sciatica, arthritis and any condition where imaging or lab results change the treatment approach. For general wellness and stress-related concerns, a diagnosis isn't required.
Can one trip address more than one condition?
Often yes — many conditions share overlapping therapies (Shirodhara for both anxiety and insomnia, for example), so a single consultation can address several concerns in one coordinated programme.
Is this information a substitute for seeing a doctor?
No. Every page on this site is educational, intended to help you have a more informed conversation with a physician — not a diagnosis or treatment plan in itself.
